            The “Traffic Management System” allows AGVs / OYAs to move and flow in high-traffic areas, solving or preventing intersection jams to ensure efficiency needs are met.

            PRODUCTIVITY MANAGEMENT

            Real-time status updates and performance metrics let you monitor material flow efficiency from any smart device. Easily view data from smart devices in your business or your AGV / OYA fleet can be optimized from the traffic management system, daily / weekly / monthly OEE reports are sent to your e-mail.

            ASSIGNMENT

            AGV/OYA can receive work order with different methods

            Call Button: By pressing the wired/wireless buttons, the work order is sent to the vehicles and the work list is executed according to the prioritization in the work list.

            User Interfaces: Work orders can be sent directly to the vehicle from the traffic management system or vehicle screens.

            Intuitive Equipment: Automatic triggering of the vehicle can be achieved with the equipment that detects the presence/absence of product in the areas defined in the business or in the storage areas. These equipment can be located inside the enterprise or on the vehicle.

            ERP / WMS: Businesses using these systems can directly transfer a task to AGV / OYA through production or warehouse management software.

            WMS/MES INTEGRATION
